After It Ships
We can’t stop the shipment, but our returns process will take care of you.
How Cancellations Work
Contact Us Immediately
Email support@servicesupplydepot.com or call (740) 272-4989 as soon as you decide to cancel. The faster you reach us, the better our chances of stopping the order before it ships.
If We Can Cancel Before Shipment
We’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.
If the Order Has Already Shipped
Once dispatched, we’re unable to cancel the shipment. Please reach out and we’ll guide you through initiating a return once the item arrives. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details.
