What if my product arrives damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage—including to the outer box—be sure to note it when signing for the shipment. If you're unable to inspect the contents immediately but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please email clear photos to support@servicesupplydepot.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund—typically within 1 business day.
