Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within the USA on all orders.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 6:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same business day. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 4–7 business days.
Shipping Methods
Most products are delivered via third-party freight carriers using large commercial trucks. For items that ship by freight, we will contact you to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. Be sure to provide an accurate phone number at checkout to avoid delays.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that confirms your order has been recieved in our system and that your payment has been approved. Once your order ships (within 1–2 business days), we’ll send you a email with a tracking link and tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? Orders can be canceled at any time before they ship. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy for next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll make it right and provide return shipping if it arrives damaged or incorrect at no cost to you.
