Material Thickness & Maximum Sheet Length Guidelines
The following table illustrates the adjusted Working Load Limit (WLL) based on material thickness and maximum recommended sheet length to account for sag during single-magnet use.
Important Usage Notes:
Safety Margin: Stated Working Load Limit (WLL) values are rated at 33% of the actual breakaway force (3:1 safety factor).
Long Materials: When lifting sheets longer than 8 feet, use two or more lifting magnets attached to a spreader bar to prevent material flexing, sagging, or accidental peel-off.
Magnetic Bleed-Through: Use caution with thin materials; magnetic fields can penetrate thin sheets, accidentally lifting two pieces at once.
Operation Requirement: The load must completely cover the length and width of the magnetic poles for the mechanism to engage and release correctly.
Round Materials: Round WLL values are based on ideal test conditions. Please contact the factory for technical guidance before using these magnets on round stock.

The majority of our orders are dispatched via third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers). In case your order includes an item that requires freight shipping, we will contact you to schedule a curbside delivery. Ensure that your contact number is correct at checkout.
