The Cleveland SteamCraft® Ultra 5 is a countertop pressureless convection steamer designed to accommodate up to five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep steam table pans. Its compact, single-compartment design is supported by a rear-mounted 16 kW electric steam generator for commercial steaming applications.
The PowerPak generator features two stainless steel FireBar heating elements, a 5-gallon reservoir, automatic water fill, instant steam standby, and an automatic drain with a Water Jet spray-rinse cycle. Remote probe-type water-level controls and an external generator cleaning port provide convenient access for routine operation and maintenance.
High-velocity brass steam jets circulate convection steam without fans. The insulated cooking compartment includes coved corners, removable stainless steel slide racks, a cold-water condenser, and a two-piece cool-to-the-touch door with a reversible gasket and stainless steel slam/latch mechanism.
